What if teams could go back in time and think, what if we did this instead of what we ended up doing. What if we drafted him instead of who we drafted. I always ask this question to myself and see what would have happened if lets say the Oilers drafted this guy instead of who we got. Would we be a better team? I would love to see other peoples opinions on this and feel free to draft on your own bias. This is what if you use today's development from the orginal draft in 2002.

When I see this list I immediately think that Duncan Keith ought to be just a tad higher. The man is a two-way beast.
It's perhaps interesting to note how many on the list that have apparently done well, then had their career lapse into the white dwarf stage. Whitney, Gilbert, Bouchard, Lombardi, perhaps even Semin to a certain degree. These guys have had some really good years but now seem to have little value.

I'd take Bergenheim over Babchuk, though ;)

What about the legendary 2003 draft? Some serious talent were to be had there. Good that we secured the treat that was Marc Antoine Pouliot.
